"In the afternoon we were treated to home made bannock and stew, and the personal story of the proprietors' family with generations of dog-sledding, living of the land, and how stories in Indigenous tongues are being rescued and shared anew. We also got to play traditional Dene games. We returned at 10 pm to begin aurora-viewing. waiting in the cozy, comfortable dome until they appeared and then enjoying unimpeded views from the deck once the lights were out. A truly comfortable and convenient way to enjoy them, hosted by gracious and caring people."
